The Ritter solida 4 electric slicer is a compact, full-metal inclined food slicer designed for household use. Finished in silver metallic, it includes a serrated circular blade with a polished edge (17 cm ø), an adjustable thickness setting up to approximately 23 mm, and a detachable broad-surfaced carriage with metal plating. Built-in safety features include a safety switch for intermittent and continuous operation, and the unit comes with a blade cover, food collecting tray and cable storage.
