19" 20U 600x800mm Server Rack Cabinet Rockstable PL (RSPL19-6820PP) 20HE is a 19-inch equipment cabinet designed to house standard rack-mounted network, server and telecom devices. The cabinet provides 20 usable rack units (20U / 20HE) and a footprint of 600 x 800 mm, with vertical mounting rails compatible with standard 19" devices. It is intended for use in data closets, server rooms and network cabinets where organized mounting, basic cable routing and passive ventilation are required.
The Rockstable PL cabinet offers a compact footprint while providing industry-standard mounting rails and 20U of usable space for servers and networking equipment. Its 600 x 800 mm footprint balances equipment depth capacity with available floor space. The cabinet supports structured cable routing and ventilation openings to help maintain airflow and accessibility. Designed for rack stability and secure mounting, it accommodates common accessories such as shelf units, PDUs and cable management panels.
Place the cabinet on a level surface in a location with adequate clearance for front and rear access. Install the supplied or compatible 19" vertical mounting rails at the required U positions, then mount equipment using standard cage nuts and M6/M5 screws as applicable. Route power and network cabling through the cabinet entry points and cable management features to maintain organized runs. Leave appropriate space for airflow around heat-generating devices and avoid obstructing ventilation openings. Secure doors and panels after installation to maintain stability and dust protection.
For optimal performance, plan equipment placement with heavier devices at the bottom, use PDUs to distribute power within the cabinet, and use cable organizers to prevent airflow blockage. Ensure the rack location provides sufficient cooling and access for maintenance; if active cooling or higher-density equipment is used, consider supplementary ventilation or a larger depth cabinet.
