The system combines Series IV 2.4 GHz digital transmission with 128-bit encryption, onboard 32-bit float recording, built-in microphones and both digital and analog outputs for flexible connection to cameras, smartphones and computers. Transmitters and receiver include internal Li‑Ion batteries with USB‑C charging and provide around 7 hours of continuous runtime per charge under typical use.
