How to use

Attach the VideoMicro II to your camera shoe or mount it on a boompole using the HELIX™ isolation mount. Connect the appropriate cable: TRS to TRS for cameras or TRS to TRRS for smartphones. The microphone requires no batteries; plug it into the device’s 3.5 mm input and start recording with your camera or phone. Position the microphone pointing at the subject to maximise on‑axis clarity and reduce ambient noise.

Usage recommendations

For best results, use the included foam or furry windshield when recording outdoors to reduce wind noise. Keep the microphone aligned with the subject and avoid obstructing the front of the microphone.
