Digital camera microphone RØDE Stereo VideoMic

The RØDE Stereo VideoMic is a high-quality digital camera microphone designed for camcorders, DSLR cameras and portable audio recorders. How to use

Mount the Stereo VideoMic on your camera's hot shoe or attach it to a boom/stand using the 3/8" thread. Point the microphone toward the scene to capture stereo ambience and position it to minimise unwanted noise sources. If low-frequency noise (air conditioning, traffic) is present, engage the 80 Hz high-pass filter. When recording loud sources such as live music or motorsport, enable the -10 dB pad to prevent clipping. Connect the wired output to your camera or portable recorder and set input levels on your device to avoid overload while ensuring adequate signal.

Usage recommendations
