The Roland VR-1HD WUXGA is a compact video switcher and live production tool designed for livestreaming, presentations and multi-camera shooting. It accepts multiple HDMI sources, integrates studio-quality microphone inputs and onboard audio processing, and connects to a computer via USB 3.0 for streaming or recording in Full HD and up to WUXGA resolutions.

Advantages

The VR-1HD provides three HDMI inputs that accept HD and computer video resolutions, two XLR microphone inputs and a dedicated line input for flexible audio sources. It includes scene switching with five preset scenes, audio effects and four assignable sound/stinger buttons, and automatic switching modes that simplify one-person productions. Built-in automatic mixing, equalizers, gates and compressors keep audio levels balanced, while Voice Changer effects derived from Roland’s VT series let you transform voices in real time. The unit streams over USB 3.0 and supports advanced visual features such as chroma keying, motion scene switching and Picture-by-Picture layouts in system version 1.20.
