Ferrite Filter Sleeve 10 mm ROLINE (white) - noise suppression for cables
Ferrite Filter Sleeve 10 mm ROLINE (white) - noise suppression for cables
ROLINE ferrite filter sleeve with a 10 mm inner diameter in a white snap-on housing is designed to suppress electromagnetic interference on cables. The split-core design allows simple subsequent assembly on existing data, power or signal lines without the need to disconnect equipment. The nylon clip casing provides mechanical protection and a secure clamp on the cable, making it suitable for office and industrial electronic setups where improved signal integrity and reduced radio-frequency disturbances are required.
The snap-on split conduit core enables fast and tool-free attachment to cables already in place. The nylon casing is resistant to mechanical damage and clamps securely around the conductor to keep the ferrite element in the correct position. The component supports universal application across data lines, PC peripherals and other signal or power cables, helping to reduce EMI/RFI noise and improve the performance of connected equipment.
Open the snap-on housing and place the ferrite sleeve around the cable at the location where interference suppression is required, then close the clip until it locks. For greatest effectiveness, position the sleeve as close as possible to the source of disturbance or at the equipment connector. Multiple sleeves can be used in series if higher attenuation is needed. No tools are required for mounting, and the split-core design allows installation without disconnecting the cable in most cases.
Use one sleeve per cable at the connector end for general suppression; add additional sleeves or alternative ferrite types for stronger attenuation on high-frequency or persistent interference. Avoid placing the sleeve on cables with insulation damage and ensure the clip is fully closed to maintain mechanical protection and optimal EMI/RFI performance.
