Online UPS ROLINE ProSecure II 3000
The ROLINE ProSecure II 3000 is an online double-conversion UPS designed to provide continuous, high-quality power for critical computer systems and servers. With a nominal output voltage of 230 V, pure sine-wave output and less than 3% THD, this UPS protects against power failure, sags, surges, under- and over-voltage, switch transients, line noise, frequency variation and harmonic distortion. The unit offers a 95% efficiency rating, an LCD front panel for status monitoring and support for hot-swappable batteries and extended runtime with optional battery packs.
The UPS uses true online double-conversion technology and a fully digitized microprocessor control to ensure clean, stable power. It provides lightning and surge protection, power factor correction and automatic battery management including battery remaining time display, battery replacement warning and automatic charging even when the UPS is off. Built-in communication options include USB and RS-232 ports plus compatible monitoring software for Windows, macOS and Linux. Additional features include emergency power off (EPO), selectable high-efficiency mode, load-segment controllable outlets, and automatic fan speed control for quieter operation under light loads.
Install the UPS in a stable, ventilated location and connect the input to a compatible 230 V AC supply. Connect critical equipment to the UPS output receptacles, using load segmentation if required to manage which outlets receive battery-backed power. Use the LCD front panel to view status and remaining battery time. For extended runtime, install optional external battery packs following the manufacturer instructions. Connect the USB or RS-232 port to a management workstation and install the included monitoring software to enable graceful shutdown, event logging and remote monitoring.
Place the UPS in a temperature-controlled environment, perform regular battery checks and replace batteries when the unit indicates a replacement warning. Configure monitoring software to receive alerts and schedule periodic maintenance to ensure reliable backup operation.
