The ROLINE Cat.6 Keystone Jack (26.11.0353) is an unshielded RJ-45 keystone connector in white, designed for easy, toolless assembly into standard keystone wall plates and 19" patch panels. It supports Cat.6 UTP structured cabling and includes colour-coded terminations following EIA/TIA 568A and 568B standards to ensure correct pair wiring.

How to use

Insert the keystone jack into a compatible wall plate or 19" patch panel opening until it clicks into place. Prepare the Cat.6 UTP cable by stripping the outer sheath to expose pairs, separate and arrange the pairs according to the chosen wiring scheme (568A or 568B), then follow the colour-coded labels on the jack to terminate each conductor using the toolless mechanism or LSA-plus termination tools. After termination, test the link with appropriate cable testers and install a patch cord between the patch panel or wall outlet and network equipment.

Usage recommendations

For a complete structured Cat.6 unshielded installation, use ROLINE Cat.6 UTP solid cable (AWG23), compatible unloaded flush-mount wall jacks and a 19" 24-port keystone patch panel. Our in-house laboratory has validated this cable/keystone combination over a 100 m channel to meet Class E specifications.
