The ROLINE Pro 12U wall-mounted rack is a compact 19-inch enclosure designed for mounting network and server equipment in small server rooms, network closets and office IT installations. The cabinet is made of robust steel with a powder-coated finish in black and provides IP20 protection. It includes adjustable 19" rails with 12U of usable height, multiple cable entry points and a key lock on the front door for basic physical security.

Advantages

The enclosure offers a sturdy steel construction with up to 1.5 mm sheet thickness and adjustable depth rails to accommodate different equipment depths. Cable management is facilitated by a slide-on cable inlet in the roof with a foam rubber seal, punched cable inlets on the rear panel and base plate with plastic covers, and an area in the roof chassis prepared for a fan module. Side panels and the front door are modular, lockable and removable to improve accessibility. Wall mounting is simple: the rear panel is first fastened to the wall and then the housing is attached; optional levelling feet or castors allow conversion to a free-standing cabinet.

When it may not be suitable

How to use

Mount the rear panel to a suitable solid wall using appropriate fixings and then attach the cabinet housing to the rear panel. Adjust the depth of the 19" rails to match equipment depth and secure devices using standard 19" mounting hardware. Route network and power cabling through the roof inlet or the punched cable entries and close covers to maintain tidy cable runs. Install a fan module in the roof area if additional ventilation is required. For temporary relocation or floor use, fit optional levelling feet or castors.
