Freestanding 19-inch ROLINE Pro network cabinet with 42U rack capacity and an 800×800 mm footprint, designed for mounting servers, network switches and telecom devices in data centers, server rooms and offices. The enclosure features a glass front door for component visibility, robust steel construction with up to 1.5 mm sheet thickness, adjustable and reversible 19" profile rails, modular removable side panels and doors, and IP20 protection. Cable management is facilitated by brush inlets in roof and base areas, slide-on inlet with foam rubber seal, brush strips on the rear door and vertical cable ducts with covers. The stepped removable top cover includes ventilation slots and allows installation of fan modules. The cabinet supports a static load capacity up to 600 kg and is finished in electrostatic powder coating in grey (RAL 7035).

How to use

Place the freestanding cabinet on a level surface and adjust the feet for stable positioning. Install the 19" equipment onto the galvanised profile rails, adjusting their depth to suit the device mounting requirements and securing rails to the enclosure depth struts as needed. Route power and network cabling through the roof or base brush inlets or the slide-on inlet with foam rubber seal to maintain dust protection. Use the vertical cable ducts and brush strips for organised routing and to prevent cable strain on mounted equipment. When additional cooling is required, remove the stepped top cover and install compatible fan modules in the provided ventilation area.

Usage recommendations

For safe operation, distribute device weight evenly across the rails and respect the 600 kg static load limit. Maintain clearance for airflow around heat-generating devices and use appropriate cable ties or management accessories to avoid obstructing ventilation. If the environment requires higher protection or specific grounding, evaluate site requirements and implement additional measures accordingly.
