The ROLINE 19-inch server rack Pro 36 U (600x1000, black) is a freestanding enclosure designed for professional network and server installations. It offers 36U of mounting space, a maximum load capacity of 1000 kg and an IP20 protection rating. The cabinet has adjustable feet, removable and modular side panels and doors, and a perforated roof for fan module installation to support effective airflow.

Advantages

This steel server rack features two pairs of galvanised 19" profile rails with depth adjustment and readable unit markings in both directions, depth braces for stable mounting, and robust construction with material thickness up to 2.0 mm. Perforated single-leaf front and double-leaf rear doors with swivel handles and profile half-cylinder locks improve ventilation and security. Cable inlets with brushes, a slide-on inlet with foam rubber seal and an additional brush inlet in the base chassis provide flexible cabling options. The cabinet is electrostatically powder-coated and available in standard colours, here in black (RAL 9005).

How to use

Place the freestanding rack on a level surface and adjust the feet for stability. Mount 19" equipment on the internal profile rails, adjusting the rail depth and aligning unit markings as needed. Route network and power cables through the roof and base inlets with brushes or the slide-on inlet with foam seal to reduce dust ingress. Install fan modules on the perforated roof if additional ventilation is required. For maintenance, remove modular side panels or doors as needed; the rack can be disassembled completely if space or transport requires.

Usage recommendations

For optimal airflow and cooling, leave sufficient clearance at the front and rear of the cabinet and use the perforated doors together with fan modules when installing high-density or high-power equipment. Secure heavy equipment low in the cabinet to maintain stability and follow manufacturer guidance for weight distribution and earthing.
