The ROLINE 19-inch server rack Pro 36U (800x1000, black) is a freestanding enclosure designed for organised and secure mounting of network and server equipment. Advantages

The cabinet features perforated front and rear doors, a perforated roof, brush and foam-rubber sealed cable inlets and an additional base inlet (from 800 mm width) to allow flexible cable routing. Inside are two pairs of galvanised 19" profile rails with depth braces, height markings readable in both directions and adjustable depth. The structure uses steel panels up to 2.0 mm thick, is electrostatically powder-coated and includes modular, lockable and removable side panels and interchangeable hinges for improved accessibility and maintenance.

How to use

Place the freestanding rack on a level surface and adjust the feet for stability. Install equipment into the galvanised 19" profile rails, adjusting the depth as required and aligning using the dual-direction height markings. Route cables through the brush or foam-sealed inlets on the roof, sides and base to maintain organised cabling and reduce dust ingress. Use the perforated doors and roof to mount fan modules or allow passive airflow. Lock or remove side panels as needed for installation and maintenance.

Usage recommendations

For safe operation, distribute equipment weight evenly across the rack and observe the maximum load capacity. Maintain clear airflow paths by using the perforated panels and, when necessary, install active cooling modules in the roof.
