19-inch freestanding network cabinet ROLINE Pro 32U 800x800 mm with glass door, black, IP20
Freestanding 19-inch network cabinet ROLINE Pro 32U 800x800 mm with glass door, black, IP20 is designed to house 19" server, network and telecommunications equipment in server rooms, data closets and office installations. The cabinet offers 32U of rack space within an 800×800 mm footprint, a glass front door for visual access, adjustable feet for stable leveling and two pairs of galvanised 19" profile rails that are depth-adjustable and reversible. The robust steel construction with sheet thickness up to 1.5 mm and a maximum static load of 600 kg ensure reliable support for installed hardware while the IP20 protection rating suits indoor technical environments.
The enclosure provides flexible cable management options with brush inlets in the roof and base area, a slide-on inlet with foam rubber seal and brush strips at the rear door to reduce dust ingress and organise cabling. Vertical cable ducts with covers (available with the 800 mm body width) simplify routing and separation of power and data lines. A stepped, removable top cover with ventilation slots improves passive airflow and allows straightforward installation of fan modules. Modular removable side panels and doors plus the option to change door hinge or fully dismantle the cabinet enable convenient access and installation.
Place the ROLINE Pro 32U cabinet on a level, stable floor and adjust the feet to achieve proper leveling. Install mounting equipment on the 19" profile rails, setting the rail depth to match the device chassis and using standard 19" rack screws. Route power and network cabling through the brush inlets or slide-on base inlet, using the vertical cable ducts to organise and separate cables where needed. Use the removable top cover and ventilation slots to add fan modules if active cooling is required. Secure doors and side panels after installation to maintain IP20 protection and to limit dust ingress.
For best results, plan equipment layout and power distribution before installation, leave sufficient rear clearance for cable management and cooling, and evenly distribute heavy components to maintain cabinet stability and the specified maximum static load. Use appropriate earthing/grounding practices and install PDUs or power strips designed for rack use. Regularly check brush inlets and seals for dust accumulation and maintain ventilation openings to ensure reliable equipment operation.
