Wall mounted rack ROLINE 26.21.0293 19U Black 80 kg IP20
The ROLINE 26.21.0293 is a wall-mounted 19U rack designed for flexible network cabling and equipment installation. Rated IP20 with a maximum load capacity of 80 kg and a weight of 24.7 kg, this cabinet features adjustable galvanised profile rails compatible with 483 mm (19") units, a punched cable inlet in the base plate and roof, and a removable side panel system for improved accessibility. The steel housing is powder-coated black (RAL 9005) and includes a punched roof area for an optional fan module. Wall mounting is performed by attaching the rear panel to the wall and then securing the enclosure; optional levelling feet or castors allow conversion to a free-standing unit.
The enclosure offers an intermediate solution between ROLINE PRO and ROLINE Basic series, combining robust sheet-steel construction with adjustable depth rails and removable side panels with quick-release fasteners. The punched cable inlets and roof cut-out for a fan module simplify cable management and ventilation upgrades. The powder-coated finish in black (RAL 9005) provides corrosion-resistant protection for indoor IT environments.
Prepare the installation location and fasten the rear panel to a suitable load-bearing wall following local mounting guidelines. Lift the enclosure and secure it to the pre-installed rear panel. Install equipment into the 19" galvanised rails, adjusting rail depth as required. Route cables through the punched inlet points in the base plate or roof and fit a fan module into the roof cut-out if additional ventilation is needed. Remove side panels via the quick-release fasteners for access during mounting and maintenance.
Install the rack on a solid, vertical surface capable of supporting the combined weight of the cabinet and mounted equipment. Observe the 80 kg maximum load rating, ensure adequate clearance for ventilation, and consider adding a fan module when mounting heat-generating devices. Use levelling feet or castors only if converting the cabinet to a free-standing setup and verify stability after conversion.
