ROLINE 26.30.0019 brush panel for 19-inch racks made of plastic and steel in light grey

The ROLINE brush panel is a reliable cable management accessory designed for standard 19-inch server racks and enclosures. Combining a robust steel chassis with durable plastic components and soft brush strips, this panel ensures tidy cable routing between the front and rear of the cabinet while maintaining a clean and professional appearance in server rooms and network installations. Finished in a neutral light grey, it integrates seamlessly into existing IT infrastructure.

Advantages

This cable management panel facilitates efficient airflow and prevents dust accumulation inside network enclosures by sealing the cable pass-through gaps. The integrated brush design protects cables from sharp metal edges and reduces strain during patching. Its sturdy construction ensures long-term reliability in demanding server environments, while the standardized 19-inch form factor guarantees straightforward installation.

Suitable for

• Managing patch cables in 19-inch server racks
• Organizing network wiring in data centers and telecommunication rooms
• Preventing dust ingress in IT cabinets
• Routing cables cleanly between front and back of enclosures

When it may not be suitable

This brush panel is not designed to support heavy cable bundles without additional mechanical support, nor is it suitable for environments requiring complete airtight sealing of server racks. It should not be used as a structural shelf or weight-bearing element within the enclosure.

Key specifications

• Designed for standard 19-inch racks and enclosures
• Constructed from a combination of steel and durable plastic
• Integrated soft brush strip for dust protection and cable passage
• Light grey color finish

How to use

Mount the panel directly onto the standard 19-inch vertical mounting rails of your server rack or network cabinet using appropriate rack screws. Position the panel at the desired height, typically between patch panels or active network equipment, to organize incoming and outgoing cables. Pass the cables gently through the brush opening to route them securely from the front to the rear of the enclosure, ensuring that cables are not sharply bent or pinched.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your rack or enclosure adheres to the standard 19-inch mounting dimensions
• Assess the volume of cables to ensure the brush opening provides sufficient clearance
• Check the available rack unit space where the panel is intended to be installed

Usage recommendations: To maintain optimal cable organization and airflow, regularly check that cables routed through the brush panel are not subjected to excessive tension and keep the brush strips free from obstruction.
