How to use

Insert the stainless probe into the thickest part of the meat or into the liquid to be measured, ensuring the tip reaches the centre for accurate core readings. Place the grill or surface sensor where it contacts the cooking surface to monitor ambient or grill temperature. Keep the display unit outside the direct heat when possible, using the 1 m cable to position it at a safe distance. Select the preferred display language and the type-of-meat preset if available to use the ideal core temperature settings. Allow the reading to stabilise before removing the probe.
