S-Impuls 30-05065 7.5 m HDMI Type A to HDMI Type A Male-Male Cable with Gold Plated Contacts and Audio Return Channel in Black

The S-Impuls 30-05065 7.5 m HDMI Type A to HDMI Type A Male-Male Cable is designed for reliable high-definition video and audio transmission. Featuring a generous 7.5-meter length, this optical HDMI cable bridges the gap between distant entertainment components without signal loss. It supports modern visual standards including 4K resolution, 3D content, HDR10, and Hybrid Log-Gamma, ensuring vibrant colors and sharp contrast for your home theater or gaming setup. Equipped with standard male connectors on both ends and practical features like the Audio Return Channel and HDMI Ethernet channel, this cable delivers a complete connectivity solution for your multimedia devices.

Advantages

The cable utilizes gold-plated contacts to enhance signal integrity and provide strong corrosion resistance, maintaining reliable performance over time. Its optical transmission technology allows for a long 7.5-meter reach while avoiding the signal degradation typically associated with traditional copper cables over extended distances. The inclusion of the Audio Return Channel simplifies audio routing between your display and an external sound system, reducing cable clutter. Furthermore, support for 60 Hz refresh rates ensures smooth motion handling for fast-paced video content and gaming.

Suitable for

• Connecting a 4K Blu-ray player or media streamer to a distant television
• Linking a gaming console to a home theater projector over a 7.5 m distance
• Connecting an AV receiver to a display with Audio Return Channel support
• Setting up complex multi-media entertainment systems in living rooms or conference spaces

When it may not be suitable

This cable may not be necessary for short-distance connections where a standard 1 or 2-meter cable is sufficient. Additionally, because it is an optical HDMI cable, it is directional and must be connected correctly according to the source and display labels.

How to use

Carefully uncoil the cable and verify the source and display ends according to the connector markings, as optical HDMI cables are typically directional. Insert one HDMI Type A connector into the output port of your source device such as a media player, console, or PC. Insert the second HDMI Type A connector into the input port of your display device such as a television or projector. Ensure both connectors are fully inserted into the ports for a stable connection. Route the cable safely away from sharp edges, heavy foot traffic, and extreme heat sources to protect its internal optical fibers.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the 7.5-meter length is appropriate for the distance between your source and display devices
• Check that both of your devices feature standard HDMI Type A ports
• Ensure your setup accommodates a directional optical HDMI cable

Usage recommendations: Handle the optical cable with care during installation to avoid sharp bends that could damage the internal fibers. Keep the connectors clean and free from dust before plugging them into your devices.
