The Sage InFizz Fusion stainless steel sparkling drink maker in blue is a countertop beverage carbonator designed for home use. How to use

Place the unit on a stable countertop and insert a compatible 60L screw-type CO2 canister according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Fill the included 1 L bottle with the liquid to be carbonated up to the indicated fill line, attach the FusionCap™ and secure the bottle using the easy twist & lock mechanism. Use the FusionCap™ to control the speed of CO2 release—select a faster release for water and a slower release for juices or delicate beverages. After carbonation, remove and store the bottle in the refrigerator if desired.

Use only standard screw-type 60L CO2 canisters specified for this unit and follow all safety instructions for handling pressurised gas.
