How to use

Preheat the oven to the required temperature (not exceeding 220°C). Grease the pan lightly if desired despite the non-stick coating, then place batter or filling into the centre of the pan. Position the pan on a middle oven shelf for even heat distribution and remove using oven mitts when baking is complete. Allow the pan to cool before attempting to release or serve the baked product to avoid warping and to protect the coating.

Usage recommendations
