The Samura BAMBOO Universal Kitchen cheese knife features a 135 mm single-layer AUS-8 Japanese steel blade and a distinctive steel handle shaped like a bamboo stalk. Designed for cutting and serving cheese, the blade has large holes and a forked tip that reduce sticking and make portioning and serving slices easier. The knife is lightweight and comes in original Samura packaging. Materials from Japan; assembly in China.
The single-layer AUS-8 blade provides reliable edge retention and a clean cutting performance on soft and semi-hard cheeses. Large holes in the blade minimize adhesion of soft products, while the forked tip allows easy transfer of slices. The ergonomically shaped bamboo-style handle ensures a secure, non-slip grip and reduces hand fatigue during repetitive use.
Hold the knife by the bamboo-style handle and use the full length of the blade to make smooth, even slices through cheese.
