Advantages

This open cat litter box stands out due to its low threshold design, which ensures that cats can enter and exit without physical strain. The durable plastic construction guarantees longevity and makes routine cleaning quick and straightforward, as the smooth surface prevents residue buildup. Its spacious layout allows cats to move comfortably and position themselves naturally while using the box. Additionally, the neutral granite finish ensures that the litter box looks discreet and complements almost any interior setting.

Suitable for

• Daily feline hygiene and waste management
• Cats of various sizes and ages, including kittens and senior cats
• Placement in bathrooms, laundry rooms, or designated pet corners
• Owners looking for a simple, open-access litter box solution

When it may not be suitable

This product may not be appropriate for cats that strongly prefer enclosed privacy or those that excessively scatter litter outside the pan during vigorous digging. For households with dogs or toddlers, an open design does not prevent access to the box contents, which might require a more secluded or covered alternative.

Key specifications

• Product type: Open cat litter box
• Color: Granite
• Dimensions: 52 x 39 x 15 cm
• Material: Durable plastic
• Design: Low-entry open pan

How to use

Place the litter box in a quiet, easily accessible location where your cat feels safe and undisturbed. Fill the bottom of the pan with a suitable layer of cat litter according to your preferred brand instructions, typically maintaining a depth of 5 to 7 centimeters. Scoop out solid waste and clumped litter daily to maintain a hygienic environment. Periodically empty the entire contents, wash the plastic tray thoroughly with mild soap and warm water, dry completely, and refill with fresh litter.

What to consider before purchase

• Ensure you have adequate space in your home for the 52x39x15 cm dimensions
• Consider your cat's habits regarding litter scattering, as open boxes offer less containment than covered models
• Evaluate whether your cat prefers an open or closed environment for elimination

Usage recommendations: To maintain optimal hygiene and prevent lingering odors, place the litter box in a well-ventilated area and establish a daily cleaning routine. Using clumping litter can significantly ease maintenance and extend the time between complete washes.
