Scheppach 4-way pneumatic manifold

The Scheppach 4-way pneumatic manifold is a robust and efficient accessory engineered to streamline compressed air management in professional workshops and industrial settings. By providing four distinct connection points from a single air supply, this manifold eliminates the need for constant tool swapping, significantly enhancing productivity and workflow organization. Constructed with high-quality materials, it is designed to withstand the rigors of daily use while maintaining consistent airflow and pressure stability across all connected pneumatic devices.

Advantages

This pneumatic manifold offers exceptional versatility by allowing multiple operators or various tools to function simultaneously from one compressor source. Its durable construction ensures long-term reliability and resistance to wear, making it an essential component for maintaining a professional and organized workspace. The design focuses on minimizing pressure drops, ensuring that each connected tool receives the necessary air volume for optimal performance during operation.

Suitable for

• Connecting multiple pneumatic tools to a single compressor
• Organizing air distribution in professional workshops
• Industrial assembly lines requiring simultaneous tool access
• Automotive repair shops and maintenance facilities

When it may not be suitable

This manifold is not intended for use with high-pressure hydraulic systems or non-pneumatic fluid distribution. It may also be unsuitable for applications where the total air consumption of all connected tools exceeds the maximum output capacity of the primary air compressor.

Key specifications

• Four-way distribution design
• Compatible with standard pneumatic quick-connect fittings
• Durable metal construction
• Designed for stable air pressure distribution

How to use

To use the Scheppach 4-way pneumatic manifold, securely connect the main air supply line to the manifold inlet. Ensure all connections are tightened properly to prevent air leaks. Once the main supply is connected, attach your pneumatic tools to the four available outlets using compatible quick-connect couplings. Before starting work, verify that the compressor is set to the appropriate pressure for the tools being used and check all connections for potential leaks.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your compressor has sufficient CFM output for the tools you intend to run simultaneously
• Ensure your existing pneumatic hoses and fittings are compatible with the manifold connection type
• Consider the physical space available in your workspace for mounting the manifold

Usage recommendations

Always inspect the manifold and all hose connections for signs of wear or damage before each use to ensure safe operation and prevent pressure loss.
