Schmith IESCH 019 LED Floodlight 20W with Motion Sensor White

The Schmith IESCH 019 LED floodlight is a high-performance 20W lighting solution designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. Featuring a robust white housing, this floodlight is built to withstand various weather conditions while providing bright, efficient illumination. The integrated motion sensor adds a layer of convenience and security, ensuring the light activates automatically when movement is detected, which helps in conserving energy by preventing unnecessary operation.

Advantages

This LED floodlight offers significant energy savings compared to traditional halogen alternatives, thanks to its advanced LED technology. The durable construction ensures long-term reliability even in challenging outdoor environments. By incorporating a motion sensor, the unit enhances property security by illuminating dark areas upon approach, while the white finish allows it to blend seamlessly with modern building aesthetics.

Suitable for

• Illuminating driveways and garage entrances
• Enhancing security around building perimeters
• Lighting up garden paths and walkways
• Providing temporary or permanent lighting for workshops and utility rooms

This floodlight may not be suitable for large-scale industrial areas requiring high-intensity floodlighting over long distances. Additionally, it is not intended for use with external dimming switches, as the integrated sensor circuitry is designed for standard on-off operation.

Key specifications

• Power consumption: 20W
• Light source: Integrated LED
• Housing color: White
• Sensor type: Motion sensor
• Application: Indoor and outdoor

Installation should be performed by a qualified individual to ensure proper electrical connection and weatherproofing. Once mounted at the desired height, the motion sensor can be adjusted to detect movement within the specified range. The unit operates automatically, turning on when motion is detected and switching off after a set period of inactivity.

What to consider before purchase

• Ensure the mounting surface can support the weight of the floodlight
• Verify that the installation location is within range of a standard power supply
• Check the sensor detection range to ensure it covers the intended area
• Confirm that the white housing matches your exterior or interior design requirements

For optimal performance, position the floodlight away from heat sources or moving objects like tree branches that might trigger the sensor unnecessarily. Regularly clean the sensor lens to maintain accurate detection sensitivity.
