The switch is operated manually by rotating the handle to the desired position. To start the motor, move the handle from the 0 (off) position to the Y (star) position to initiate the start sequence. Once the motor reaches the required speed, rotate the handle to the D (delta) position for normal operation. Always ensure the motor has reached sufficient speed before switching from star to delta to prevent electrical faults.
