It supplies immediate emergency power when mains fail, protects connected equipment against voltage peaks and lightning surges, and includes a sealed lead-acid battery (RBC43) for hot-swappable replacement. The UPS offers network connectivity via a SmartConnect Ethernet port and optional Network Management Card for remote monitoring and controlled shutdown of IT equipment.
