The APC Smart-UPS X SMX2200HV is a 2200VA line-interactive UPS designed to keep critical IT equipment online during power interruptions. It supplies pure sine wave emergency power to connected devices, offers expandable runtime via external battery packs (SMX120BP), and supports both rack (4U) and tower installation. The unit includes 8x IEC 320 C13 and 2x IEC 320 C19 outlets, an IEC 320 C20 input and several country-specific power cords. A user-replaceable internal battery cartridge (APCRBC143) and an intuitive LCD make maintenance and operation straightforward.

Advantages

The SMX2200HV delivers automatic, uninterrupted power transfer to prevent data loss and hardware damage, and its pure sine wave output supports sensitive electronics. Runtime can be extended by connecting up to ten external SMX120BP battery packs. Optional network management via an APC Network Management Card enables remote monitoring, controlled shutdowns and integration with EcoStruxure IT or SNMP tools. Switched Outlet Groups allow phased startup, remote reboot and selective load shedding to prioritise critical equipment. The internal battery cartridge is user-replaceable to extend service life without powering down connected equipment.
