Satellite multiswitch Schwaiger SEW58 531
The SCHWAIGER SEW58 531 multiswitch distributes satellite signals from one satellite position to up to eight receivers. It accepts signals from a Quattro LNB or a Quad LNB and supports the satellite frequency range of 950–2150 MHz. The device is compact (80 mm × 20 mm × 80 mm) and provides LNB power supply options of 14 V and 18 V. Power for the multiswitch is supplied exclusively by the connected receivers; when no receiver is active the unit and the connected LNB consume 0 W in sleep mode.
The multiswitch allows all connected receivers to access the full range of programmes independently. It supports both Quattro and Quad LNB inputs and offers a broad operational frequency span (950–2150 MHz). The unit is powered only by the receivers which minimizes standby consumption. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for a variety of installation environments.
Connect the Quattro LNB or Quad LNB outputs to the corresponding inputs of the multiswitch and run coaxial cables from the multiswitch outputs to each receiver. Configure each receiver as required for satellite reception. The multiswitch draws power from the receivers automatically; no separate external power supply is needed. If no receiver is active, the multiswitch and connected LNB enter sleep mode and consume 0 W.
Mount the multiswitch in a dry, ventilated location and use quality coaxial cables and F-connectors to ensure reliable signal distribution. Verify LNB compatibility (Quattro or Quad) before installation and ensure receivers can supply the required 14 V or 18 V for LNB power.
