The ROLINE Pro 20 U 600x600 grey IP20 is a 19-inch wall-mounted rack designed for flexible network cabling and secure equipment storage. It provides 20U of mounting height, a key lock for front access, and IP20 protection. The cabinet is made from robust sheet steel up to 1.5 mm thick, powder-coated in grey (RAL 7035), and includes a slide-on roof cable inlet with foam seal, punched rear and base cable inlets with plastic covers, and a roof area prepared for an optional fan module. Two pairs of galvanised 19" profile rails with 483 mm (19") height units are fitted inside and can be adjusted in depth. Side panels and the front door are modular, lockable and removable to improve accessibility. Wall mounting is performed in two steps: attach the rear panel to the wall, then connect it to the housing. The enclosure can also be used free-standing with optional levelling feet or castors.

How to use

Mount the rear panel to a suitable wall surface at the required height and orientation, then attach the enclosure frame to the mounted rear panel. Install equipment on the adjustable 19" rails and route cables through the roof slide-on inlet or the punched rear and base inlets, using the supplied plastic covers and foam seal where appropriate. If ventilation is required, install a compatible fan module in the roof punched area. To convert the cabinet to a free-standing unit, fit optional levelling feet or castors according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Usage recommendations

For safe operation, ensure the wall and fixings support the 43 kg cabinet plus installed equipment. Maintain adequate ventilation around installed devices and follow ESD and grounding best practices when mounting sensitive network equipment.
