The ROLINE Pro wall-mounted rack 9 U (600x600 mm) is a two-part, swivelling 19" enclosure designed for flexible network cabling and small server or network installations. It provides 9U of rack space, a maximum load capacity of 50 kg and IP20 protection. The cabinet is made from robust sheet steel (up to 1.5 mm) with an electrostatic powder coat in grey (RAL 7035) and features a key-lockable front door, removable and lockable side panels, and a rear frame with 19" perforations.

Advantages

The enclosure offers a fold-out rear frame with integrated hinge for easy access, sliding cable inlet in the roof with foam-rubber seal, punched cable inlets with plastic covers on the rear panel and base, and brush strips on the rear frame top and bottom for neat cable routing. Galvanised 19" profile rails are reversible and depth-adjustable, and the roof chassis includes a cut-out for a fan module. The construction supports mounting on the wall and optional free-standing use with levelling feet or castors; the door hinge can be reversed to suit installation needs.

How to use

Mount the rear frame to the wall in the desired opening direction, then attach the enclosure to the frame. Install equipment into the 19" profile rails, adjusting rail depth as needed. Route cables through the sliding roof inlet, punched inlets or brush strips and secure covers where applicable. Use the key lock and removable panels to control access. For free-standing use, fit levelling feet or castors (if available) and place the cabinet on a stable surface.

Usage recommendations

Place the cabinet on a solid wall capable of supporting the combined weight of the enclosure and installed equipment. Maintain clear ventilation paths around the roof cut-out; add a fan module if heat dissipation is required. Do not exceed the 50 kg load rating and follow standard rack-mounting practices to distribute weight evenly.
