The ROLINE Pro 12U 600x600 wall-mounted rack is designed for flexible network cabling and secure equipment storage. The enclosure features a two-part swivelling rear frame with an integrated hinge that allows the cabinet to be folded to the side. The roof includes a sliding cable inlet with a foam rubber seal and a factory-cut opening for an optional fan module. The rear panel and base provide punched cable inlets with plastic covers, and brush strips are fitted at the top and bottom of the rear frame. Inside there are galvanised 19" profile rails, reversible and depth-adjustable, and the rear frame also has 19" perforations. The cabinet is constructed from up to 1.5 mm sheet steel with an electrostatically applied powder coat finish in grey (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005). The unit includes modular, lockable and removable side panels and a lockable, removable front door; the door hinge can be changed. The rack offers IP20 protection, a key lock, and a maximum load capacity of 50 kg.

How to use

Install the rear frame on the wall in the desired opening direction, then attach the enclosure to the mounted frame. Route cables through the sliding roof inlet, punched inlets or brush strips as required and secure them using the plastic covers or route management accessories. Mount equipment on the 19" rails, adjusting rail depth as needed. If required, install a fan module in the roof cut-out. Lock the front door and side panels with the supplied key to secure the equipment.

Usage recommendations

For wall mounting, ensure the supporting wall and fixings are rated for the combined weight of the cabinet and installed equipment (maximum load 50 kg). Use the reversible 19" rails to optimise mounting position and leave sufficient ventilation space if active equipment is installed.
