The ROLINE 19-inch Network Cabinet Pro 22 U 600x600 grey is a freestanding 22U enclosure designed for flexible and convenient network cabling. Constructed from robust steel with sheet thickness up to 1.5 mm, the cabinet supports a maximum load of 600 kg and has an IP20 rating. The unit includes adjustable feet, adjustable and reversible 19" profile rails, a stepped removable top cover with ventilation slots, and modular removable side panels and doors for improved accessibility. Standard finishes are electrostatic powder coating in grey (RAL 7035) or black (RAL 9005).

Advantages

The cabinet offers brush inlets in the roof and base area, a slide-on inlet in the base chassis with foam rubber seal, and brush strips on the rear door to simplify cable entry and protect against dust. Vertical cable ducts with covers are available for larger widths, and the rails are depth-adjustable and connected to additional depth struts for stable equipment mounting. The removable top cover improves air circulation and allows easy installation of a fan module. The door hinge can be changed and the cabinet can be fully dismantled if required.

How to use

Place the freestanding cabinet on a stable, level surface and adjust the feet to achieve correct leveling. Open removable side panels or doors to access the interior and set the 19" profile rails to the required depth and orientation. Route cables through the brush or foam-sealed inlets in the base or roof and organize them into the vertical cable ducts where available. Mount equipment on the 19" rails using appropriate rack screws and grounding connections. If additional ventilation is needed, remove the stepped top cover and install a compatible fan module in the provided space.
