Description

The ROLINE Pro 22U freestanding rack with glass door is a floor cabinet designed for secure, organised network and server installations. It provides 22U of rack space, supports up to 600 kg load capacity and is finished in grey (RAL 7035). Constructed from robust steel with sheet thickness up to 1.5 mm, the cabinet includes adjustable feet, adjustable 19" profile rails mounted in pairs, and an IP20 rating for indoor use.

Advantages

This rack offers flexible cable management with brush inlets in the roof and base area, and a slide-on inlet in the base chassis with foam rubber seal. The rear door includes brush strips to reduce dust ingress, and removable side panels and doors improve accessibility. The stepped removable top cover with ventilation slots allows improved air circulation and simple installation of a fan module. Two pairs of galvanised 19" profile rails are reversible and depth-adjustable, with additional depth struts for stability. The cabinet is available in grey (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005) powder-coated finishes.

How to use

Place the freestanding rack on a level surface and adjust the feet to ensure stability. Install equipment into the 19" rails using appropriate mounting hardware, adjusting the rail depth as required. Fit the top cover and, if needed, install a fan module into the ventilated stepped cover to improve air circulation.
