The ROLINE Pro 7 U 600x450 IP55 grey wall-mounted rack is an outdoor 19-inch enclosure designed for harsh environments. It provides IP55 protection, a robust steel construction up to 2.0 mm thick and a 7U mounting capacity. The cabinet is finished with electrostatic powder coating in RAL 7035 grey and is supplied with mounting brackets for wall installation. Inside there are galvanised, front-reversible 19" profile rails (one pair for depths under 600 mm, two pairs from 600 mm depth) that are depth-adjustable. The roof chassis includes a filtered area for an optional fan module and the enclosure uses insulated PG cable glands.

How to use

Install the rack on a solid wall using the supplied mounting brackets, ensuring correct anchoring for the wall material and the combined weight of the cabinet and equipment. Fit 19" equipment to the galvanised profile rails and adjust the rail depth as required. Use the filtered roof area if active ventilation is needed and install an appropriate fan module. Route cables through the insulated PG glands and secure the swivelling handle; use the 3-point locking system to lock the cabinet when access is not required. For alternative installation, fit the optional base for free-standing use or use the pole-mounting set to attach the cabinet to poles.
