The ROLINE Pro 16 U wall-mounted rack is an outdoor network enclosure with IP55 protection class, developed for harsh environments and outdoor installations. It provides a 16U 19-inch mounting space with internal depth of 600 mm and external width of 450 mm, and is built from robust steel up to 2.0 mm thick. The housing is electrostatically powder-coated in grey (RAL 7035) and can be mounted to a wall using the supplied brackets; optional accessories allow pole mounting or conversion to a free‑standing base.

Advantages

The enclosure offers a 3-point locking system with a lockable swivelling handle, insulated PG cable glands and integrated ventilated filter housings that maintain airflow while protecting against water and dust to IP54. A roof area is prepared for a fan module, and one pair (two pairs for 600 mm depth and above) of galvanised, depth-adjustable 19" profile rails are included. How to use

Fix the supplied mounting brackets securely to a suitable wall that can support the enclosure weight and mounted equipment. Install the galvanised 19" profile rails at the required depth and orient them as needed. Route cables through the insulated PG glands and secure them. Use the ventilated filter housings and, if required, install a fan module in the roof area to manage airflow. Lock the front door using the 3-point locking handle to protect equipment from unauthorized access and environmental exposure.
