Projector Sharp A104U 9000 ANSI lumens 3LCD WUXGA (1920x1200) Laser, motorized focus, lens shift
The Sharp A104U is a high-brightness professional projector designed for fixed installations that require dependable image quality and low maintenance. With 9,000 ANSI lumens and native WUXGA (1920x1200) resolution, the 3LCD optical system and laser light source deliver consistent vivid colour, precise white point calibration and extended colour space for detailed visual content in auditoriums, lecture halls and large public displays. The sealed, filter-less optical engine (IP5X) and laser illumination provide up to 20,000 hours of operation with no lamp replacement and reduced servicing needs. Motorized focus and wide lens shift enable flexible installation, while network and control connectivity support remote setup and management.
The projector offers high brightness and rich colour reproduction with 12-bit signal processing to achieve deep contrast and accurate saturation suitable for HDR10 content via HDMI. Its sealed laser LCD engine eliminates filter maintenance and lamp changes, lowering lifetime service costs. Super-silent operation and a patented sealed light engine with optimized cooling reduce acoustic impact, making the unit suitable for acoustically sensitive environments. Installation and alignment are simplified by motorized focus, wide horizontal and vertical lens shift, camera-based blending, stacking and HDBaseT-out support.
Install the Sharp A104U on a fixed mount or ceiling bracket according to the installation manual, using the available wide lens shift and motorized focus to align the image on the projection surface. Connect video sources through HDMI or HDBaseT and configure network settings via Ethernet for remote control using ProAssist or RS-232 control. Use the onboard geometric adjustment, blending and stacking functions for multi-projector installations. For HDR content, enable HDR settings on the source and verify HDMI connections. Adjust brightness and eco mode to balance image output and power consumption as required.
To preserve image quality and longevity, operate the projector in environments within the manufacturer's recommended temperature and humidity range, use the sealed optical engine to avoid filter maintenance, and perform periodic remote monitoring and firmware updates via ProAssist or network tools. For critical installations, configure blending and stacking with camera-based alignment to ensure uniform brightness and geometry.
