Current Transformer Shelly 120 A White 120 A Nominal Output
The Shelly 120 A current transformer scales high electrical currents to standardized lower values for accurate measurement. It provides a secondary current precisely proportional to the primary circuit current while presenting a negligible load to the primary. The device is white, supports conductor diameters up to 17 mm and is compatible with Shelly home automation and energy monitoring equipment. Cable length from the CT clamp is 60 cm.
The Shelly 120 A transformer enables safe, repeatable current measurement up to 120 A and integrates with Shelly systems for simplified monitoring. Its compact dimensions (31 mm × 45 mm × 30 mm) and lightweight clamp design reduce installation space and impact on the primary circuit. The fixed 60 cm cable provides ready connection to measurement modules.
Place the CT clamp around the live conductor whose current you want to monitor, ensuring the conductor fits the 17 mm maximum diameter opening. Route the 60 cm cable to the compatible Shelly measuring input or meter, observing correct polarity and manufacturer wiring instructions. Secure the clamp in place and configure the connected Shelly device to recognize the CT input and set the nominal current to 120 A for accurate readings.
Use the transformer only with compatible Shelly devices or meters rated for CT inputs, follow local electrical safety regulations during installation, and ensure the primary conductor is de-energized when mounting the clamp. For consistent measurement results, verify wiring polarity and configure the connected device for a 120 A nominal input.
