Siedle DCA 612-0 Intercom Black

The Siedle DCA 612-0 Intercom Black is an analogue DoorCom module in a switch-panel housing that interfaces 1+n technology to the public telephone network. It provides three door call inputs, a two-line alphanumeric display (16 characters per line) and six configuration buttons. The unit supports the same basic functions as a system telephone and is compatible with Siedle accessories and servicing handsets.

Advantages

The device allows execution of up to six control functions via DTMF dialing and supports direct, group, collective and PBX/public-network calls. Call routing features include chain calls if a number is busy or unanswered, selective dialing of up to three door loudspeakers with the optional interface, day/night service switching (dependent on the connected telephone system), PIN protection for programming and functions, and adjustable call and connection times. How to use

Install the DCA 612-0 in the switch-panel housing and connect it to the Siedle 1+n door system and the customer’s telephone system or public network according to the wiring diagram. Configure call destinations, DTMF function codes and PIN protection using the front panel buttons and display or with a compatible servicing handset. Assign direct, group or chain call numbers (each up to 22 digits) and set call and connection times as required.

Usage recommendations

Use the DCSF 600-… interface and additional wiring when selective dialing of up to three door loudspeakers is required. For time-controlled activation/deactivation of Doormatic, call rerouting or day/night service, integrate customer time switches via the DCSF 600-… accessory. Ensure ambient temperature stays within 0 °C to +40 °C and observe the unit’s power limits (max. 100 mA).
