The SmallRig 4481 Cage is an aluminium camera mounting accessory engineered to provide a durable and stable platform for camera rigs. Constructed from aluminium with silicone anti-slip pads and stainless steel components, the cage measures 147.4 mm in width, 62.5 mm in depth and 108.5 mm in height. It integrates a HawkLock quick release ecosystem with roll-pin positioning technology and an Arca‑Swiss quick release plate for fast, compatible transitions between tripods, stabilizers and other supports.

HawkLock redefines quick release by combining roll pins positioning technology and a 3-point locking system to deliver faster, safer and more repeatable mounting. Internal roll pins preserve suspension during disassembly to reduce friction and wear. The cage offers bi-directional mounting and dismounting, a 60° slider slot for precise adjustments and multi-slot positioning that maintains consistent alignment through repeated assembly. Built-in anti-slip silicone pads increase stability and protect the camera body. The integrated Arca‑Swiss plate and compatibility with both new and legacy NATO and Arca‑type accessories avoid the need to replace existing mounts.
