The Sonoff R5 gateway/controller is a compact black wall-mountable scene remote with a plastic enclosure (86 x 86 x 13.5 mm) and six free-wiring keys. Designed to work with the eWeLink-Remote gateway and eWeLink app, the R5 enables local control of multiple smart devices and allows assigning scenes to different button actions so you can operate lights and appliances without using a phone.

Advantages

The R5 supports single-click, double-click and long-press triggers, enabling flexible scene configuration for one-button control of individual devices, entire rooms or grouped appliances. It pairs with the eWeLink-Remote gateway for local control within a range up to 90 m and requires a single learning operation to control connected appliances. The device is compatible with SONOFF M5 Switchman smart wall switch to provide two-way or multi-way control of the same light even when the M5 is offline. Its slim black plastic design is suitable for standard wall mounting and integrates with the eWeLink app for internet-based scene control of other SONOFF devices.
