How to use

Place ingredients into the roaster and set it on the chosen heat source or in the oven. During roasting, open the aromatizer inlet in the lid to add broth, wine or other liquids without fully removing the lid in order to maintain internal temperature. Use the handles to move the roaster when necessary, taking care to protect hands from heat. Clean the removable parts according to the manufacturer’s instructions after cooling.

Usage recommendations
