Soldering Loading Paste 50 g, brand Loading Paste, model CHE1412
Loading Paste CHE1412 is supplied in a 50 g tube formulated for electronics assembly and rework. The product combines fluxing agents and soldering aid in a compact container suitable for manual application or use with stencils. It is designed to improve wetting, assist component placement and promote cleaner solder joints during repair, prototyping and small-scale production tasks.
This soldering loading paste offers consistent viscosity for controlled dispensing from a tube and stable performance across typical bench temperatures. The formulation supports reliable wetting on common PCB finishes and reduces bridging and oxidation at the solder joint. Its compact 50 g packaging simplifies storage and handling for hobbyists, technicians and repair shops.
Apply the loading paste sparingly to the pad areas or component leads using the tube nozzle, a syringe or a stencil depending on the task. For manual soldering, place the component and heat the joint with a soldering iron or hot air tool until solder flows and wets the surfaces. For stencil or reflow work, deposit appropriate amounts on pads, place components and follow the chosen reflow profile. After soldering, remove any excess residue according to the flux type—if required—using isopropyl alcohol or a suitable flux cleaner.
Store the tube in a cool, dry place and reseal after use to maintain paste consistency. Use small quantities for precision work and test compatibility with your specific solder alloy and PCB finish on a sample board before full-scale application.
