The Solidigm D7-PS1010 is an enterprise U.2 NVMe SSD with 7.68 TB capacity and a PCIe 5.0 interface, designed as a component for servers and workstations. Using 3D TLC NAND and optimized firmware, the drive delivers sustained performance and consistency across long service life, targeting heavy I/O workloads such as databases, virtualization, AI/ML pipelines and general-purpose enterprise servers.
Built for next-generation performance and efficiency, the D7-PS1010 provides high throughput and low-latency I/O while maintaining up to 90% IOPS consistency over the drive life. PCIe 5.0 support enables significantly higher bandwidth for data‑intensive pipeline phases, and the drive delivers improved IOPS per watt compared with previous-generation designs. Available in U.2 and E3.S compatible formats, it supports both legacy and modern chassis deployments.
