Trash bags Sortex 160 L 75x115 cm 50 µm blue pack of 10

Sortex 160 L trash bags in blue are polyethylene refuse sacks sized 75 x 115 cm with a 50 µm wall thickness, supplied as a pack of 10. They are made for use with large domestic and commercial waste containers and offer capacity for bulky or heavy refuse. The material and dimensions make these bags suitable for single-use collection of mixed household waste, garden trimmings and commercial refuse when a large-volume containment solution is needed.

Advantages

These 160 L trash bags combine large capacity with 50 µm thickness to provide a balance between volume and basic puncture resistance. The polyethylene construction resists moisture and many common household residues, helping to control drips and leaks during transport. Being sold in a pack of 10 simplifies replacement cycles and storage. The blue color allows quick visual identification of bagged waste streams and helps maintain a uniform presentation in communal or commercial environments.

Suitable for

• Large indoor or outdoor waste bins (160 L containers)
• Commercial kitchens, workshops and garages
• Events with high-volume waste generation
• Garden waste and bulky household refuse

Key specifications

• Capacity: 160 litres
• Dimensions: 75 x 115 cm (width x height)
• Material: polyethylene film
• Wall thickness: 50 µm
• Color: blue
• Pack quantity: 10 bags

How to use

Select a trash bag that matches the internal dimensions of the container and slide the open end over the rim, leaving enough material to fold over the container edge if desired. Fill the bag with waste without overloading; distribute heavy items to avoid concentrating weight in one area. When full, tie or knot the open end or use a suitable twist-tie/clip to secure the closure before lifting the bag from the container and placing it in the appropriate disposal point.

Usage recommendations

To extend handling safety and reduce the risk of punctures, avoid sharp metal or glass fragments and distribute heavy or pointed objects across multiple bags where possible. Store packs flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation. Use the blue bags for general waste streams; for hazardous or medical waste, select certified specialist bags.
