Safety Group pre-assembled 1" female/female, Sourcing 91GS02OO20
Pre-assembled safety group with 1" female/female connections designed for heating and hot water systems. This compact unit integrates the essential safety components required for pressure relief and system protection into a ready-to-install assembly, reducing installation time and ensuring consistent safety performance for residential and small commercial boilers and water heaters that require a 1" F/F safety group.
The pre-assembled design brings together safety valve, pressure gauge connection and necessary fittings in a single compact module, simplifying pipework and reducing the risk of assembly errors. Factory assembly ensures correct component alignment and tightness, which helps maintain reliable pressure relief operation. The 1" female/female connections provide compatibility with common plumbing layouts and allow direct integration into existing systems without additional adapters.
Install the pre-assembled safety group in the designated safety port or return line of the boiler or water heater according to applicable local regulations and the system manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure the system is depressurized and cooled before disconnecting or connecting piping. Use suitable pipe sealing methods on the 1" female threads and tighten to recommended torque values; avoid over-tightening. After installation, pressurize the system slowly and check for leaks and correct operation of the safety relief function. If a pressure gauge or test port is present, verify system pressure and the set point of the safety valve as required by local codes.
Inspect the safety group regularly for signs of corrosion, leakage or blockages and follow scheduled maintenance for the heating system. Replace the safety valve or the entire pre-assembled unit if there are persistent leaks or if the valve fails to operate at the specified pressure. Always follow local safety standards and consult a qualified heating engineer for installation and maintenance.
