Key specifications
- Actuator type: Long straight plunger
- Design: Miniature switch
- Application: Industrial and electronic control
- Reliability: High mechanical accuracy
How to use
To install the Spamel MS1307, ensure the power supply is disconnected. Mount the switch securely using the designated mounting holes, ensuring the plunger is aligned correctly with the moving part of your mechanism. Connect the electrical leads to the terminals according to your circuit diagram. Once installed, verify that the plunger is depressed correctly during operation to trigger the switch mechanism without applying excessive force that could damage the internal components.
What to consider before purchase
- Verify the physical dimensions to ensure it fits your specific mounting space.
- Check the electrical load requirements of your circuit against the switch ratings.
- Ensure the plunger travel distance is compatible with your mechanical actuator.
- Confirm the environmental conditions of your installation site.
Usage recommendations
Regularly inspect the plunger for debris or mechanical wear to maintain optimal performance. Ensure that the actuation force is applied axially to prevent side-loading, which could lead to premature failure of the plunger mechanism.
