SpiroFlex 80/125 adapter A white (duct connector, 80x125 mm)

SpiroFlex 80/125 adapter A white is a duct connector designed to join rectangular and round ventilation sections sized 80×125 mm. It provides a stable mechanical connection and alignment between differing duct profiles in HVAC systems. The adapter is intended for residential and light commercial ventilation where matching 80×125 duct profiles is required and helps maintain airflow continuity and mechanical stability at transitions.

Advantages

The adapter offers a compact and durable connection solution compatible with standard 80×125 duct dimensions. Its white finish supports integration into visible or semi-exposed installations while simplifying final appearance. The component ensures aligned joints that reduce air leakage and facilitate straightforward installation and maintenance without modifying existing ductwork geometry.

Suitable for

• Connecting rectangular 80×125 mm ducts to round sections in residential ventilation
• Transitional joins in light commercial HVAC systems
• Retrofit projects where existing ducts require an adapter for compatibility
• Ventilation runs needing consistent mechanical alignment at profile changes

Key specifications

• Compatible duct dimensions: 80×125 mm rectangular to corresponding round profile
• Color: white finish suitable for visible installations
• Function: mechanical connector and alignment for ventilation ducts
• Application environment: residential and light commercial ventilation systems

How to use

Position the SpiroFlex 80/125 adapter A so that the rectangular section aligns with the incoming duct profile and the round end aligns with the mating round section. Ensure mating surfaces are clean and free of debris, then insert the ducts into the adapter until properly seated. Secure the connection using appropriate clamps, screws or sealing tape according to the installation practice for the duct material. Verify alignment and seal continuity to minimise airflow leakage before completing insulation or finishing.

Usage recommendations

For reliable performance, use the adapter in systems where duct dimensions match the 80×125 profile. Apply suitable sealing (butyl tape or foil tape) at joints for improved airtightness and, if required, apply mechanical fasteners compatible with the duct material. Avoid excessive mechanical stress on the adapter by supporting adjacent duct runs and check connections periodically as part of routine ventilation maintenance.
