Duct Tee SpiroFlex SpiroFlex 250/200 offset 90° (T250/200-OC)

SpiroFlex 250/200 trójnik (oc) 90° is a circular metal duct tee designed for HVAC installations where a 250 mm main duct must branch into a 200 mm duct at a right-angle offset. The fitting provides a compact directional change and branch connection for ventilation and air distribution systems. Constructed for use with round metal ducts, it supports standard mechanical fastening and sealing methods used in commercial and residential ventilation routing.

Advantages

The tee ensures a secure mechanical connection between differing duct diameters while maintaining a smooth internal profile to reduce turbulence. Its offset 90° geometry allows flexible placement where space constraints require a displaced branch. The metal construction provides dimensional stability, durability and compatibility with standard circular duct components and insulation options.

Suitable for

• Branching a 250 mm supply or exhaust main into a 200 mm branch in ventilation systems
• Commercial HVAC duct routing where a compact offset connection is required
• Residential ventilation installations with round metal ductwork
• Applications requiring reliable mechanical fastening and sealing between different duct diameters

Key specifications

• Main duct diameter: 250 mm
• Branch duct diameter: 200 mm
• Angle: 90° offset tee
• Material: metal circular duct construction suitable for standard HVAC systems
• Connection type: flange/rolled edge for mechanical joining and sealing

How to use

Select the tee location ensuring correct alignment between the 250 mm main run and the intended 200 mm branch. Prepare mating duct ends by deburring and applying the appropriate sealant or gasket if required by the project. Fasten the tee to the main and branch ducts using rivets, screws or clamps consistent with local practice and secure all joints to achieve an airtight connection. Verify alignment and support the assembly with hangers or brackets to prevent strain on connections.

Usage recommendations

Inspect joints after installation and pressure-test or balance the system as needed. When used in conditioned spaces or noisy environments, consider lining or insulating adjacent duct sections to reduce noise and heat transfer. Follow local building codes and HVAC best practices for fastening, sealing and support of offset duct fittings.
