Cleaning pads Spontex 19500200 steel wool pads with 30% soap content, pack of 10

Spontex 19500200 cleaning pads are steel wool pads with integrated soap, supplied in a pack of 10 for repeated heavy-duty cleaning tasks. Each pad combines abrasive steel fibers with approximately 30% soap content to tackle baked-on food, grease and carbon deposits on cookware, grills and other hard metal surfaces. The combination of mechanical abrasion and soap allows efficient removal of stubborn residues without the need for separate detergent application.

Advantages

Steel wool structure provides strong abrasive action for effective removal of burnt-on food and scale. The built-in soap reduces the need to add detergent separately and helps to emulsify grease while cleaning. Packaged in a set of 10, the pads offer multiple uses and convenient storage. The pads conform to irregular surfaces, improving contact with curved pans and grill grates.

Suitable for

• Removing burnt and carbonised residues from pots and pans
• Cleaning oven trays, grills and barbecue grates
• Stripping stubborn grease from metal work surfaces
• Heavy-duty cleaning of cast iron and stainless-steel cookware

Key specifications

• Material: steel wool fibers with approx. 30% embedded soap
• Pack quantity: 10 pads
• Form: hand-sized scrubbing pads designed for manual use
• Intended surfaces: metal and other hard, non-delicate surfaces

How to use

Moisten the pad under running water to activate the soap. Apply moderate pressure and scrub in the direction that removes residues without excessively scratching the surface. Rinse the cleaned area and repeat if necessary. After use, rinse the pad and allow it to dry to extend its usable life. Avoid using on delicate, varnished, coated or non-stick surfaces where steel fibers could cause damage.

Usage recommendations

Use on robust metal cookware, cast iron and stainless steel only. Test on a small hidden area if unsure about compatibility. Do not use on non-stick coatings, soft metals or polished surfaces. Wear gloves if you have sensitive skin and follow normal kitchen safety and hygiene practices.
