Baking mold Springos KI0113 non-stick durable bakeware
Springos KI0113 non-stick durable bakeware is a set of three ring-shaped baking molds designed for home ovens. Made of steel with a graphite non-stick coating and detachable bottoms, the set includes three sizes with inner diameters of 27 cm, 25 cm and 23 cm and a height of 6.5 cm each. The molds are suitable for baking loaves, bundt-style cakes and other ring or ring-like pastries, and they come with a food contact approval certificate.
The steel construction ensures dimensional stability during baking while the graphite non-stick coating reduces food adhesion for easier release and cleaning. Detachable bottoms simplify unmolding and make it easier to transfer finished cakes without damage. Three sizes cover a range of recipes and portion needs, and the 4 mm edge thickness provides a sturdy rim for handling and placing the molds in and out of the oven.
Before first use, wash each mold in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Assemble the ring mold by placing the detachable bottom into the base and ensuring the edge is properly seated. Grease the inner surface lightly if a recipe requires additional lubrication despite the non-stick coating. Place batter or dough into the mold, position in the preheated oven and follow your recipe's temperature and time instructions. After baking, allow the mold to cool slightly, then release the ring by opening or lifting the detachable bottom and remove the baked item carefully.
For best results, avoid using metal utensils that can scratch the non-stick surface; use silicone, wood or plastic tools instead. Clean by hand with a soft sponge and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners and scouring pads. Store the molds separated or with protective liners between them to preserve the coating. Check recipe temperatures and avoid sudden temperature shocks to prolong the life of the steel and coating.
